Process Memo

This topic was great to cover and really can appeal to college students because of the mass number of student body that are constantly online and checking facebook. I really enjoyed going out and talking to people and seeing what their views were on facebook, some were kinda camera shy but everyone I talked to helped the project. When editing the students I talked to I had some difficulties with the footage because it was over exposed but tried to fix as much as I could with the color correction tool. Interviewing Professor Loges was a unique experience, hes very knowledgeable and can really knows a lot about communications and theory, it was hard for me to ask the questions I wanted him to answer but overall he gave me tons of stuff to use and look at.

Some frustrations I had along the way with the project was with the team. Sarah doesn’t live in Corvallis so it was kinda hard to find times meet up and work on stuff together, but we made it work. Josh had some work commitments so at times I felt I was alone working on this project, like we were supposed to work on the video together but I did everything. I didn’t receive Josh’s story until day of presentations, so that was kinda stressful. In the end we came through and pulled this thing together. My contributions were interview loges, talking with students, making a short video, putting together a psychological story, then taking everything from everyone and create a webpage. Sarah was the editor, found a video on facebook, and wrote the professional page. Josh wrote the about the page. At times it was stressful but overall it was success. But im glad its over. Ha.
